	Check-in time: 17:00

Terms And Conditions

	No money will be refunded if booking is cancelled four weeks before the booked date.
	If for any reason the villa is vacated by the client before the agreed time of checking out, no money will be refunded.
	The owner must be notified immediately concerning any damages - all damages will be charged to the credit card of the person who booked the villa.
	We will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents occurring in the property. It is the responsibility of adults to ensure their safety and their children's while on the property, namely the pool area.
